Here you can download the forms you need for Shared Equity.

  • Pre-Approval Application form (PDF document, 93.76 KB)

    Use this form if you would like to buy an existing home (or would like to build without a specific home in mind) and do not yet have a Pre-Approval Certificate.

  • Loan Application form (PDF document, 132.16 KB)

    Use this form if you already have a Pre-Approval Certificate or would like to build or buy a new home (with a specific home in mind).

  • Top-Up Application form (PDF document, 82.27 KB)

    If you have a Shared Equity loan, and wish to increase (top up) your Kiwibank home loan, you will need to complete this form.

  • Improvement Application form (PDF document, 79.65 KB)

    If you have a Shared Equity loan, and wish to make an improvement to your home which is not on our pre-approved list you will need to complete this form.
